In order to arrange a return, you must first contact us via within 14 days of receiving your order letting us know the following details:

  1. Order Number (eg. BGE-12345)
  2. Items you wish to return
  3. Reason for return

The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Best Gym Equipment reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept order cancellations of certain products where the products have been 'unsealed' -- such products include massage guns, massage chairs, heart rate monitors, boxing bags and boxing accessories. Exceptions also apply to all 'custom made', 'bespoke' and 'refurbished' equipment purchased.

    We will review and where appropriate, authorise your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.

    Please do not ship the goods to our Truro office, we will confirm the return address once your request has been authorised.  

    Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from BEST GYM EQUIPMENT. Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned must also be returned or paid for in full. 

    We recommend using a registered service when returning any items.

    Once the goods have been received back at the warehouse and thoroughly checked, your refund will be processed in accordance with the above terms.
