    Please note during busy production periods the lead-time may be longer than stated. Certain products are dispatched directly from the supplier - we are therefore reliant on their warehousing and courier arrangements which may impact the lead time for your delivery. Our fulfilment team will keep you updated along the way but as always if you are unsure, please do contact us.

    Delivery lead times vary depending on the size of your order and your geographical location.

    Due to the scale of products we retail we utilise a number of carriers dependent on the size and / or weight. It is very important to us that your product is delivered as professionally as possible. We always look to balance speed and quality of delivery to provide the best possible solution. If you have any specific requirements contact us to discuss before placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate.


    If you are ordering multiple items please note your order may be fulfilled by different carriers with products arriving at different times / days.

    We aim to deliver as quickly as possible and often over achieve on stated delivery times.

    Delivery times / days cannot be guaranteed as deliveries are carried out by third parties. We’ll always let you know if there is an unusual delivery time or if items are out of stock. You’ll generally find that our website states if items are in stock or not. If your delivery is a made to order item, or for something we don’t stock and the delivery time is different from what is stated, we will keep you informed of when you’ll receive your order.

    Please Note: Delivery times are an estimate and are not contractual. Our standard delivery days are Mon – Fri (8am – 6pm).

    Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed or late delivery.

    At Best Gym Equipment we deliver worldwide, our international delivery rates are based on product dimensions x product weight x destination. Depending on those specifications, we can either deliver using the following services: FedEx for products up to 25kg or single-double pallets for heavier and larger machines.

    Pallet/Kerbside Delivery
    Our one man free delivery service delivers your purchase to ground level. Depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to the kerb side.

    Our free delivery does not include the driver taking your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter your property.

    International/ Non-UK Mainland Delivery (Including Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland)

    International Shipping costs applied to your order are estimates generated by our website. These prices are subject to change once we receive official shipping costs from our shipping partners.

    All non-UK mainland deliveries will be sent via DAP (Delivered at Place) - meaning that any customs or clearance fees will be borne by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any local fees based on local laws of the country of destination, therefore please make sure that you consult with your local agent in regards to any duty fees as we will not accept returns if these fees are refused to be paid.
