The curved side panels are crafted from high-quality, veneered plywood with a solid beechwood frame, in black stain. Beyond their design appeal, these panels double as functional step benches or training platforms. All workout accessories are smartly stored inside, keeping your space tidy and clutter-free.
Inside the NOHRD StepTower you’ll find a complete dumbbell set, seamlessly integrated and always within reach. With a range of weight options, it supports targeted strength training — from functional full-body exercises to classic dumbbell workouts. Together with the step boards, resistance bands, and bench features, the StepTower provides a truly comprehensive solution for cardio, strength, and functional training at home.
The padded top functions as a comfortable seat or workout bench. By using the step boards individually or stacking them, you can create different height levels for seated exercises, reclined positions, or dynamic step workouts. This modular system unlocks a wide variety of training possibilities, delivering effective and versatile full-body sessions in the smallest footprint.
Four resistance bands can be attached with carabiner hooks to any side of the StepTower’s base. Available in different strengths, they offer customizable options for strength training, mobility work, and functional workouts at home.
On the opposite side of the integrated dumbbell set, the StepTower houses a complete selection of yoga and wellness tools. A pair of cork yoga blocks, a cork fascia roll, and the NOHRD cork training mat provide the foundation for stretching, mobility, and recovery. Resistance tubes in varying strengths, along with attachable training handles, extend the training spectrum into functional and strength-focused exercises.
