Choose from a large library of over 150 movements to build your own custom workout or choose from prebuilt exercises with various resistance modes: normal, concentric, eccentric, elastic band, and isokinetic. Create burnout sets with pyramid lifts, adding or subtracting weights after each rep. Need a break from strength? Workout with cardio and HIIT classes, plus stretching, yoga and meditation. A team of world-class instructors are ready to guide you through workouts and help you maximise your gains with new classes weekly.

Use the smart handles and smart bar controls to adjust the weight without touching the screen. So simple and so easy to increase and decrease the weight with only the touch of a button. Plus, you can disengage the weight completely to adjust positions.
