Cybex Bravo combines the best of selectorised and cable-based strength training. The unique patent-pending design adds two key features to revolutionise training applications - the Progressive Stabilisation system, which allows the user to incrementally modify the stabilisation provided, and the Cable Width Adjustment, which results in innumerable height and width configurations, giving the most creative trainers unlimited exercise possibilities.

PROGRESSIVE STABILISATION
The unique Progressive Stabilisation system adjusts for height and horizontal position, offering maximum stabilisation (like selectorised equipment) or free standing movement (like most functional trainers). The Bravo's Progressive Stabilisation system can also be positioned for partial stability, introducing specific challenges for different functional tasks. Systematic destabilisation allows trainers to create programming which builds strength and skills in a progressive, highly effective manner, offering new challenges as users' capabilities grow.

COMPLETE CONTROL
The advanced cable adjustment system lets not only the height of the cable to be adjusted but also the width between cables. This means the direction of resistance can be completely controlled. The versatility creates almost endless training possibilities - and only Cybex has it.

PROGRESSIVE STABILISATION SYSTEM
The Bravo functional trainer and Bravo Press feature the patent-pending Progressive Stabilisation system, which is a pad that adjusts for height and horizontal position. The system offers maximum support—like selectorised equipment—or freestanding, similar to most functional trainers. The Bravo Pull also offers the technology with height adjustment. Simply put, Progressive Stabilisation gives users a greater variety of training options than other cable machines.
As far as results are concerned, Progressive Stabilisation delivers what users want: faster, safer strength. Compared to other free-standing machines, the system offers:

ADVANCED CABLE ADJUSTMENT
The Bravo functional trainer includes the Advanced Cable Adjustment system, which lets users control the height and width between the cables’ origin. FREE START TECHNOLOGY
The Bravo Lift features Free Start technology, which allows users to select the desired starting height and to get to it with minimal load, thus getting into the correct start position before the weight is engaged.

The integrated chin-up bar's multiple grip options target different movements and muscles.
