The Exigo Prone Row is designed to strengthen the upper back muscles, it activates your mid and upper traps, rear delts as well as smaller stabilising muscles. This training station is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
