Perfect for Pilates and a variety of other exercises, the Core Plus Fitness Mat provides enhanced cushioning as a 15mm thick Pilates mat. The extra thickness of the mat increases the support and comfort provided for the back and joints whilst exercising.
The NBR rubber is soft, but still durable and is excellent at retaining its shape and avoiding indentations. It is also non-absorbent, making it easy to wipe down and hygienic.
