Fitness Mad 1kg Weighted Swiss Balls

Weighted Swiss Balls are used similarly to regular Swiss Balls, integrating them into exercises as an unstable surface to make exercises more challenging and build core strength — but they have the added benefit of a 1kg iron sand filling. This 1kg filling helps the Swiss Ball roll to a stop or stay in place, even during intense gym ball workouts.

The 1kg Weighted Swiss Balls have the same extra-tough, heavy-duty construction, and 500kg load-bearing as our Studio Pro Swiss Balls, except with the addition of the weighted filling. The gym ball is made from grippy PVC, which helps the ball stay put, and features anti-burst technology, meaning they will safely and slowly deflate if punctured. The inflation of a Swiss Ball can be adjusted using a Swiss Ball Pump — not exceeding  the stated diameter. Swiss Balls come in various sizes to accommodate different heights, exercise needs, and stability level — with smaller diameters typically intended for shorter individuals. However, the choice also depends on the type of exercise being performed.
