Isotonic machine that allows functional training in an upright position, with a prevalence of the gluteal muscles. Supported by the hands, the sole of one foot is positioned on the push lever and pushes backwards, involving all the muscles of the buttocks. By detaching the upper limbs, all the muscular districts involved in both movement and stabilisation are involved.
