The specially designed Pro Series, High / Low Pulley is a special designed multiple training unit for working out upper and lower limbs comprehensively. It could improve the balance ability, core strength, coordination and stability comprehensively. In addition, it can be combined with the connection bar and the 4 station multi-gym to create cable cross overs and 5 station multi-gyms.
