This is Yoga-Mad's longest yoga belt at 2.5m and the extra length is recommended for taller people or for those wanting to use the belt for binding in postures such as the boat. Yoga belts (also known as a yoga strap) are useful to assist in attaining correct postures by providing the required tension of a pose without straining.
