WaterRower NOHrD Wall Compact
The NOHrD Wall Compact is a complete training solution that combines strength, cardiovascular and co-ordination exercises. The Wall Compact includes a high/low adjustable cable machine, cross country ski trainer, and four pairs of hand weights.
CARDIO TRAINING
The Cross country ski trainer provides a full body, low impact workout. Focusing on the arms, legs and core, this machine is ideal for high intensity training burning maximum calories in a short amount of time.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength train on the weight stack system with a height-adjustable dual cable pulley. Comprised of 15 x 5 kg durable rubberised weight plates.
SPACE SAVING
Designed to maximise available space, the NOHRD Wall Compact has a footprint of just 122 x 32.5 cm, taking up less room than a small sofa.
FREE WEIGHTS
The NOHRD Wall Compact comes with a full set of the coveted, hand-stitched leather SwingBells, to be stored directly onto the wall.
TOUCH SCREEN
Your training session will contain a full range of exercises for a full-body workout: cable weights, ski-erg, our Swing free weights and bodyweight resistance exercise. A preview of the next exercise clip facilitates preparation during the interval break.
VIRTUAL COACH
Make every workout count by taking advantage of the touchscreen-training system. Choose from a selection of saved sessions or tune into one of the daily streamed workouts . To view your heart rate and monitor calories burned, pair your Bluetooth compatibile chest belt with the training system.
CABLE MACHINE: WEIGHT STACK
Ideal for working multiple muscle groups simultaneously, increasing stability and coordination, as well as core strength through continuous core engagement. The cable butterfly feature can be swiveled and set at users’ desired height.
SWING WEIGHTS
Free weight and body weight resistance training are excellent for conditioning strength and endurance. Improving core strength while you’re at it is a nice by-product.
CABLE MACHINE
The NOHRD Wall Compact’s built-in ski erg is designed to simulate classic cross-country skiing in all its intensity. Based on an eddy current brake system and disc resistance setting, this cable training guarantees an intense, full-body workout.
